Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Shri Radha Govind Bhakt Niwas, we strive to provide a comfortable and hassle-free experience for all guests. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Receipt of the required advance payment (if applicable)
  • Confirmation from our team via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or booking platform

2. Cancellation Policy

The refund applicable to a cancelled booking depends on how much notice is given before the scheduled check-in date:

  • More than 7 Days Before Check-in: Full refund of the advance amount.
  • 3–7 Days Before Check-in: 50% refund of the advance amount.
  • Less than 72 Hours Before Check-in: No refund will be provided.
  • Same-Day Cancellation or No-Show: No refund will be provided.

3. Festival, Ekadashi & Peak Season Bookings

Due to extremely high demand during Ashadhi Ekadashi, Kartiki Ekadashi, major festivals, long weekends, and special pilgrimage events:

Non-refundable: All bookings made for these periods are strictly non-refundable.

However, management may consider date adjustments subject to room availability.

4. Early Departure

If a guest checks out earlier than the confirmed departure date:

  • The unused room nights are non-refundable.
  • No partial refund will be provided.

5. Booking Modifications

Requests for changes to dates or number of guests are subject to room availability and applicable rate differences. Management reserves the right to approve or decline modification requests.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method whenever possible. Bank processing times may vary.

7. Force Majeure

Refunds may not be applicable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or public emergencies. Management will review such cases individually.

8. Third-Party Booking Platforms

Reservations made through platforms like MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, or Booking.com are subject to the policies of that respective platform. Please contact them directly for refund requests.
