1. Booking & Reservation Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the management.
• Guest Identification: Valid government-issued photo identification is required at the time of check-in for all guests.
• Room Allocation: The management reserves the right to change room allocation without prior notice if necessary.

2. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: A minimum advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
• Payment Methods: We accept cash, UPI payments, and bank transfers. Credit/Debit card facilities may not be available.
• Taxes: All applicable government taxes are extra and will be charged as per current rates.
• Additional Charges: Any additional services availed during the stay will be charged separately.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation Period: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in will receive a full refund.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night’s stay.
• No Show: In case of no-show, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment mode.

4. Guest Conduct & Responsibilities

• Respectful Behavior: Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the spiritual atmosphere of the premises.
• Property Damage: Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
• Smoking & Alcohol: Strictly prohibited on the entire premises.
• Valuables: Management is not responsible for loss of valuables or personal belongings.
• Visitors: Outside visitors are allowed only in common areas with prior permission.

5. Health & Safety

• Medical Conditions: Guests with specific medical conditions should inform the management at the time of booking.
• Emergency Procedures: Please familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures upon check-in.
• Food Allergies: Inform us about any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.

6. Special Provisions for Pilgrims

• Group Bookings: Special rates available for group pilgrimages (minimum 10 people).
• Temple Timings: Our staff can assist with information about temple darshan timings.
• Spiritual Activities: Information about local spiritual activities and events available upon request.
• Senior Citizens: Special care and assistance provided for elderly pilgrims.

7. Force Majeure

The management shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or any other circumstances that constitute force majeure.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pandharpur, Maharashtra.
